Custom Process
How long does it take to customize a sculpture?
Typical projects take 30-60 days from design confirmation to installation. Small (under 1m): 15-30 days; medium (1-3m): 30-45 days; large (over 3m): 45-90 days.
What is the customization process?
Seven steps - requirement, design, sample, production, QC, packing/shipping, and installation.
Do you provide free design and sample?
Yes. Initial design and sampling are free. Sample fees on large projects can be credited to production.
Materials & Crafts
What's the difference between 304 and 316 stainless steel?
304 suits most outdoor city environments; 316 contains molybdenum and is better for coastal, humid or industrial sites.
Are aluminum sculptures suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Aluminum is light, corrosion-resistant and easy to process. Anodizing improves weather resistance.
What surface treatment options are available?
Stainless steel - mirror polish, brushed, sandblasted, painted. Aluminum - painted, anodized, electrophoresis.
What's the difference between forging and casting?
Forging is stronger with finer texture for small/medium works; casting handles complex forms and larger sizes.

Material, size, complexity, surface treatment and installation difficulty. Free quotations available.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Single-piece orders are accepted. No MOQ.
Can you export overseas?
Yes. We handle export documents and ship worldwide by sea or air.
Installation & After-sales
How to prevent rust on outdoor sculptures?
Use 316 near the sea; polish/brush and protective paint; inspect yearly and repair scratches promptly.
Is installation included in the quote?
Guidance is usually included. On-site professional installation can be arranged separately.
What is the warranty period?
5 years for outdoor sculptures, covering welding cracks, deformation and major coating failure.
